I finally received my long-awaited bottles of "Amarise"—yes, I bought two right away! It is an incredible fragrance! I don't really detect lilac as such, but I can clearly pick out night-blooming violet, magnolia, and vanilla! And it is just so beautifuuul! The scent isn't sweet at all, and the vanilla isn't the edible, gourmand kind. Although citrus isn't listed in the notes, I even detect a hint of it. It’s not a heavy fragrance; it feels refined, sophisticated, and enveloping—a mood-lifter with an amazing sillage. In short, you get the idea: I absolutely love it!

My new favorite, always and everywhere appropriate - both in the office and on a date, in the heat and in the cold. I am very happy with the purchase, I especially recommend it to people who like one perfume for all occasions.
